2020 Ford Taurus Redesign, Release, Price
Ford Taurus – Of course, Taurus offers many legs and heads throughout the room. It also offers one of the largest sticks in this class. Taurus ride ride ride passenger comfortably, whether you navigate the broken city streets or sail on the open road. It looks like a Taurus is a final travel vehicle, with plenty of space and storage for four passengers and luggage.
However, almost all vehicles in this class will do the same, and in a more upscale way. Despite receiving many improvements over the years, this generation of Taurus has been on sale since 2010. Even with the addition of Sync 3 infotainment interface, the cabin is clearly visible compared to newer competitors.
It feels awkward and bulky as you drive in a tight spin, and unless you consider a high performing SHO model, the V6 is flagging. It’s not powerful enough to move this chunky sedan with authority.

2020 Ford Taurus Specs
Taurus is a big and heavy sedan, and it feels very big when navigating a tight spin. The standard V6 engine makes decent power, but make no mistake: This big bulk is one of the slowest options in the full-size category.
Taurus makes up for its lack of direct appearance with the ability to roam remotely. The smooth ride quality and quiet cabin make it the ideal place to roll miles away.
The head and foot space are abundant, though the small windows and thick pillars somehow make the interior feel narrower than it really is. The quality of the material does not match the newer rival standards.
The base of 2020 Ford Taurus is equipped with 18-inch Sparkle Silver aluminum alloy wheels, sports mode, rear seat vents, Ice Blue instrumentation illumination, SYNC infotainment system with 4.2-inch display screen, six-way power driver seat, dual-chrome tip exhaust, keys, illuminated entries, and the Post-Crash Alert SOS system.
He added an SEL-better add automatic double zone climate control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, integrated remote start system, unique upholstery seating seal, and rear parking sensor.
The reinforced trim comes with 19-inch Nickel Painted 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, interior ambient lighting, branded front-floor mats, power-adjustable pedals, rear window back cover, wooden steering wheel and leather with power tilt and telescope, a heated steering wheel, Sony audio system, 8.0-inch touch screen with SYNC 3 and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 10-way power heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, upholstered leather upholstery, automatic beam, blind-spot monitoring with traffic alerts back cross, lane keep assist, and auto-dimming side view mirrors.
2020 Ford Taurus Concept
The new Ford Taurus earned a five-star overall rating from NHTSA (five stars is highest). In the IIHS test, Taurus received the second highest Acceptable rating due to the overlapping front collision test and got the highest rating of Good in the four remaining collision evaluation tests.
The lowest value of the Basic is provided for the front-loss prevention evaluation because Taurus correctly warns the driver of the possible impact but does not break the driver (the sedan does not offer automatic emergency braking features).
Warning feature Collisions with Brake Support are included in the Driver Assist package which also includes adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning and Active Park Assist (self-parking feature). Other safety features include high automatic beam, blind spot monitoring with Cross Cross Signal (standard on Limited SHO), rear parking sensor, and SOS post-accident warning system.
